• All orders must be made via the Resuply website or designated channels.
• A booking is confirmed only after full or partial payment (where applicable).

• Once a booking is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or modified.

• Users are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses.
• Delivery times are estimated based on the logistics partner's schedule.
• Resuply is not liable for delays caused by incorrect addresses, traffic, weather, or other external conditions.
• Large or bulk orders may require advance notice.

5.⁠ Cancellations & Refunds

Customers may cancel by contacting Resuply directly. Cancellation fees may apply based on:

• Preparation stage
• Delivery status

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the order.

6. Pricing & Payments

Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Payment is due at the time of booking.

7. Service Refusal

• Losses caused by third-party providers beyond Resuply’s control
